Adult Counselling (Aged 18+)

Our 121 Adult Counselling offers a safe and confidential space for a person to explore their experiences and emotions without fear of judgement.

We offer:

  • Up to 10 counselling sessions depending on the needs of the person – these weekly sessions are free of charge
  • Sessions take place either during the day or in the evenings on weekdays in Odiham, Fleet, Yateley or online
  • Sessions will always be at the same time and place and with the same counsellor each week
  • Each counselling session is 50 minutes long
  • We accept self-referrals and referrals from GP’s other professionals

To access this service the individual must:

  • Be aged 18+
  • Either live within Hart District OR be registered with a GP surgery in the Hart District
  • They must be aware of the referral, understand what counselling is and wish to attend
  • They must be committed to attend every week for up to 10 sessions
  • Individuals can self-refer to this service
  • They must not be receiving counselling elsewhere. If an individual is receiving two different types of counselling support this can be confusing for them and hence not as effective
