Hart Eco Hub

Launching in Summer 2025…

Located in Hart Shopping Centre, our ambition for the Hart Eco Hub is to provide a focus for people to find out more about how they can get involved in activity to address climate change or environmental issues at the local level.

The Hart Eco Hub will be a space for:

• Interaction: Join events organised by Hart Voluntary Action or other organisations to find out how you can get involved in climate-friendly action, drop in to find out what is already going on in Hart District, or get one-to-one guidance on how to make your home more energy efficient or environmentally sustainable.
• Recycling: We have opportunities for people to volunteer their time to sort and pack recycling materials that can not yet be recycled through your kerbside waste collections.  Donations can be made at the recycling drop-off points on the ground floor of Hart Shopping Centre. Or talk to us about collecting recycling materials on our behalf.
• Volunteer promotion: Find out more about local volunteering opportunities to help the environment through a range of community initiatives, or join one of our Eco-Volunteer teams.
