Counselling Room Hire
Located in ‘The Annexe’, Odiham our suite of counselling rooms are available to rent by private counsellors.
Recently refurbished, each room is equipped with comfortable seating, coffee tables and integrated equipment such as sand trays, for those counselling young children and/or families.
There is ample free on-site parking.
The Annexe is available to:
- Fully qualified counsellors for private practice on an hourly basis for work with individuals, couples, or for clinical supervision
- Charities and not-for-profit organisations for counselling/talking therapies or clinical supervision at reduced hourly rates
- Student counsellors, who need a base for their counselling placement
- A space for counselling training workshops for small groups (weekends)

Information Pack
Room Bookings
Please ensure you have read the Information Pack and sent all relevant documents to us before
making a room booking.
Room Hire Charges:
- £10 per hour
- Charity/NHS: £5 per hour
- Block booking of 4 or more consecutive hours: £9 per hour
- For daily rates and whole building bookings please contact us directly
Please add a 15 minute block before your booking (ensure this is made as a separate booking and then you will not be charged).
